Experienced SAP implementers are unanimous: effective SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) is critical to value realization. This workshop provides participants with SAP specific lessons learned, methodologies and tools to mitigate risks and advance success such as aligning all stakeholders, integrating OCM tasks and deliverables, and developing business readiness.

Participants familiarize themselves with key OCM accelerators for communications, impact analysis and transition planning by applying them to their own change initiatives. The workshop also shows how SAP Solution Composer, a repository of business maps, process scenarios and key performance indicators, can be leveraged to support stakeholder education and alignment before, during, and after the implementation is completed.
