- Payroll - Catering to a wide audience, this course provides participants with both a functional understanding of payroll processing in SAP and in-depth knowledge of core configuration. From basic payroll organization to complex configuration of payroll schemas and calculation rules, this hands on training will leave you with the functional knowledge needed to understand, configure, and trouble shoot SAP's U.S. Payroll module and it's integration points.
- Benefits - Attendees are taught a solid understanding of maintaining benefits administration, health plans, savings plans, credit plans, COBRA, and benefits processing within SAP.
- Basic Organizational Management* - This course provides an overview of organization and staffing management, maintaining objects in expert mode, and using organizational management reports within SAP.
- Basic Personnel Administration* - Attendees learn common personnel actions such as hiring, personnel changes, leaves of absence, pay rate changes, and termination.
- Talent Management - This course covers personnel development process flows, functions, and configuration. The training and event module is also covered, as are process flows such as creating an event catalog, booking attendees and billing for business events.
- Time Management - Attendees are taught a clear understanding of positive and negative time management. Participants will also learn customization in time data recording, quota accrual, and Time Manager's Workplace.
