- CRM - Attendees learn the most important features within CRM. Those include, but are not limited to, topics such as basic data, CRM functionality, activity management, and billing.
- Analytics - This course helps attendees clearly understand CRM processes from a system landscapes implementation standpoint. Integrations could include BW, CRM, R/3, and SEM. Analytical CRM with scenarios in marketing, sales and service will be taught.
- Interaction Center and e-Commerce - This course helps attendees understand the functionality, technical architecture and configuration of the Interaction Center Webclient in CRM.
- Marketing - Attendees learn marketing scenarios supported by CRM, and learn how to use SAP CRM to manage calendars, emails, campaign management, couponing, lead management, list management and market segmentation.
- Middleware - This course helps attendees understand CRM data processing, connection monitoring, flow monitoring, and principles of data distribution for mobile clients.
- Sales - This course helps attendees master sales scenarios supported by SAP CRM, and learn how to handle call planning, quote management, pricing, contract management, and rebate processing.
- Service - Attendees learn the service processes available within SAP CRM Service, and learn the configuration settings needed to configure service contracts and plans, resource planning, service billing, warranty claims, and in-house repair processing.
