Nadine has over 13 years of SAP software experience with SAP certification in the Materials Management module. She has contributed to over 25 implementations with expertise in a variety of SAP modules, including: FICO, QM, PP, IM, and WM. She also has several years of experience in Customer Relations Management (CRM) and Supplier Relations Management (SRM). Her SAP expertise, PMP certification, and leadership skills help her clients attain success by fully training SAP end users.


Nancy has fifteen years experience in instructional design and end-user training on over 20 ERP implementations. She has both private and public sector experience, including clients such as General Electric and the U.S. Postal Service. Eight years in functional Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll roles have helped contribute to her successful training support of HRMS modules in PeopleSoft, Oracle and SAP. She is an experienced project manager, managing as many as 22 training resources on a single engagement. She is an expert communicator with highly developed attention to detail who has managed and performed editorial oversight regarding the quality, accuracy and consistency of client end-user reference and training materials.

Eric is a senior consultant specializing in SAP Basis technologies along with J2EE and Java integration with SAP. He has over 10 years of experience with SAP R/3 Basis and Security, UNIX administration, Oracle database administration, and five years with Java technologies, integration servers, and portal environments. He has led and supported numerous implementations of these technologies along with developing and implementing architecture at all levels, from programming interfaces to hardware improvements and upgrades.


John is a platinum-level SAP consultant with over 16 years of SAP software experience. His roles include Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Architect and Senior Developer. He is also an SAP certified instructor, having taught over 40 SAP courses for SAP America and SAP Canada including SAP Certification courses. Working with both business processes and core development solutions, John enables excellent communication and coordination between the business teams, technical teams, testing teams and senior leadership. Excellent communication skills enhance John's technical and leadership skills and help him fulfill many roles on projects and in the classroom.

Suzanne brings over 16 years of SAP Software functional experience to ERPtips. Suzanne is a senior SAP FI/CO & MM-LIV functional consultant. Suzanne's areas of expertise lies in the functional arena, assisting clients in re-defining their business processes into the SAP environment, which includes system configuration to meet the business requirements, creation of written functional/technical specs for interfaces and enhancements, identification of training requirements and at time, identification of the correct security objects to control access to meet audit requirements. In addition, Suzanne has experience in Sarbanes-Oxley Auditing.

Alexis has over 12 years of SAP experience and an in-depth knowledge of the Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) modules within SAP. Her primary focus is continuous process re-engineering in sales, procurement, inventory management and production for customers using SAP to further enhance their enterprises. She has been a functional consultant and team leader in over 10 implementations/upgrades. Alexis has also developed and taught SAP courses at a technical college.
